In the year 2012, I started this business without even knowing how to clean a window. Starting from scratch, I was dedicated to our clients during this learning process and did my best to give them something that I knew all about: providing great service, and hard work. From there, we grew our regular client base one job at a time, leveling up abit more each year, mainly by listening to our clients’ needs and adapting to serve them better.

We are proud to continue to provide preventative maintenance to hundreds of strata units across the Lower Mainland through our Easy Maintenance Plan, and serve our long time Residential customers for over 10 years.

Our focus now is to create lasting relationships with our clients and ensure their Real Estate Investments are in good hands and no maintenance is left behind.

With a decade of field experience and deep analysis, Ed has curated a holistic approach to property maintenance which can be applied to any property anywhere. His knowledge is an asset to the Property Management and Construction industry.

"Do you Guarantee your work?"

Yes! We guarantee our repairs, roof moss treatments, and our washing work. We however cannot guarantee what nature does after our visit, and some services have time limits.

"My Gutters keep spilling over, I can't keep up with the maintenance!"

Proper maintenance is on-going, not a one time shot. We have created the Easy Maintenance Plan to make sure your property gets the essential maintenance it needs all year round.
